Claims Handling

Utilising our particular skills, LIM has been working with a number of major insurers for several years now in providing bespoke claims handling solutions.

These skills and the corresponding services are applied to both live business and to the successful run-off of accounts whether this be for Before or After The Event legal fees insurance.

Working with our customers we can identify their requirements and build a service to satisfy those needs.  This includes the ability to 'white label' the service where required.

One of only 4 companies appointed by insurers NIG in respect of run-off,  LIM is the only former Coverholder and non solicitor organisation to be handling their exposure to ATE business following their withdrawal from this market.

LIM also secured, from April 2005, the Norwich Union Motor Uninsured Loss account and is providing services to manage all off panel claims and enable full compliance with the Insurance Companies (Legal Expenses Insurance) Regulations 1990 Act.
