It is the aim of Legal Insurance Management Ltd to predominantly provide a comprehensive service in legal insurance. This will incorporate a high quality service sustaining client needs and expectations.

The Management Team of Legal Insurance Management Ltd is committed to the Quality Management System, to all the requirements of ISO 9001 and to continuous improvement.

The Mission Statement of Legal Insurance Management Ltd is:-

Legal Insurance Management Ltd seeks to provide the best protection and peace of mind for its clients through high quality insurance products, backed with excellent service and aspire to a reputation for integrity and quality.

The growth of the business is derived from LIM's willingness to listen to its clients' requirements and to tailor products and services to match, supported by LIM's dedicated colleagues who embody our team Credo.

All staff shall be given adequate time and resource to ensure the Quality Management System is implemented effectively.

To achieve these aims, objectives have been set by Legal Insurance Management Ltd.

The Quality Policy Statement shall be issued to all staff and displayed within the organisation.

Changes to the Quality Policy Statement shall be made and an amended copy shall be issued to staff and displayed. This Policy shall be reviewed annually by the Management Team and updated as required.
